The idea was to create an illustration based on a packshot photo of shoes, bags and other clothing accessories for Answear Graphic Design Masters international competition. The illustration Carro del Zapato, based on Kat Maconie's shoes, became the winner of the competition and took 1st Place.
Kato Maconie's sneakers radiates with color and oddness, so I gave them the spark of life and celebration.
The idea of Carro del Zapato comes from my journey to Andalusia in 2021, where I was astonished by exquisite baroque art and architecture.
The second illustration is based on Miss Sixty's green shoes. The form that I've given them is a counterpoint to the leatherness of the brand and the vegan Answear of this model.
